Session 1: January 3, 10, 17 & 24 from 5:30 -6:30pm
Session 2: January 4, 11, 18, & 25 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Session 3: January 5, 12, 19, & 26 from 12 - 1 pm
FREE support classes, plus FREE nicotine patches, gum or lozenges*! Join Project Quit! The Coalition, Inc. is providing FREE, virtual smoking cessation classes. This 4-session program is free for all participants and all materials are included. Participants will receive goodies and workbook plus the support and guidance of a trained facilitator.
